Steven Kent
Of Counsel
Steve has extensive trial experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States. Steve’s practice is focused on professional liability claims against lawyers, insurance producers, securities broker-dealers, accountants, officers/directors, and others. Steve also handles business, trade secret, and other intellectual property disputes. Steve counsels clients on procedures needed to help avoid claims, lawsuits, and ethics investigations and to mitigate future legal costs.
In addition, Steve handles pro bono matters for Safe Passage Project and the Fifth Avenue Ecumenical Counsel, a not-for-profit sponsored by St. Patrick’s Cathedral, St. Thomas Fifth Avenue Anglican Church and the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Church.
